• Actively collaborated with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, contributing to the full product development lifecycle across multiple product lines: MIS (finance platform), order management systems, seller portals/apps, dispute management, and transportation platforms/rider apps.
• Led user research, including interviews and heuristic audits, to enhance user experience, ensuring alignment with usability and functionality goals.
• Managed and integrated design systems with Storybook, developed user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, optimizing interactions and conversions for diverse user segments.
• Worked on POCs, presenting ideas to stakeholders and product owners, gaining buy-in for product concepts and driving innovation across the platform.
