I was a motion designer and a marketer before this, and all three are in the work now: what it looks like, what it has to do, and whether it moves a number. The title changes. That part doesn't.

Most briefs arrive as a solution. I go back to first principles, work out what's worth building, get everyone pointed at it, prove it small, then leave a design system so the next team, or an AI agent, moves faster.
